Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with a fantastic view across the bay from my spacious and quiet room. The jacuzzi was superb, adding a touch of luxury to my stay, although the overall decor might need a makeover. The fact that parking was available on-site was a big plus.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although a bit tired, were clean and comfortable. However, there was some noise disturbance during the night due to ongoing refurbishment work. The location was excellent, offering stunning beach views, but came with a slightly higher price tag. The dining experience was not the best, although the homemade pizza was enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was superb, just in front of North Beach and close to everything, offering a private path to the beach across the street. However, the rooms definitely need a major overhaul as they were dated and noisy due to single-glazed windows. The dining experience was good but was slightly marred by having to pay extra for breakfast.
The hotel in Tenby was clean and comfortable with fresh linen provided every morning. However, the lounge area overlooking the beach was not well-maintained with a snooker table in poor condition. The location was excellent, just a couple of meters to the Beach. The dining was ok with the option to sit in the conservatory. Overall, the hotel has been updated but had some areas that need improvement.
I just loved my stay at this hotel! The room I had was simply amazing, with a breathtaking view of the North Beach. The beds were super comfy, and on the sunny days, it was just perfect.
The hotel seemed like a promising place with its supposed upcoming refurbishment in January, but sadly, my stay was disappointing. The room that was advertised as premium turned out to be disgustingly outdated and tatty, making us want to leave as soon as possible the next morning. On the bright side, the location was ideal, close to the town and restaurants, right on the beach with a stunning sea view and a good-sized swimming pool. However, the £7 fee for certain amenities was a bit of a letdown.
The hotel offers stunning views of both the beach and harbor, but unfortunately, the rooms were not up to par after refurbishing: non-functioning toilet, poor interior, and spotty Wi-Fi. Despite these drawbacks, the location is perfect, overlooking the beach and conveniently close to everything, making it ideal even for guests with mobility issues. However, there are health and safety concerns, and additional charges for dogs and breakfast. The dining experience, although tasty, had some delays in service. Overall, the hotel has some positives but also significant areas for improvement.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with refurbished rooms featuring comfortable beds, but cleanliness was not the best, and housekeeping was delayed. The dining options were excellent, though, with a variety of choices satisfying even picky eaters. The location, while outstanding with beach and harbor views from sea-view rooms, needed maintenance, especially the pool area lacking cleanliness. Some mobility issues may arise due to weed-filled and unkempt surroundings.
The hotel is in a superb location, with sea views from the front bedrooms and a private walk through gardens down to the beach. The rooms, though comfortable, could benefit from some updates. The service was friendly but could improve in terms of attention to maintenance. The dining experience was reasonable, but had some minor issues. Overall, it's a lovely place with areas that need a bit more care.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for the four of us, well-equipped, and came at a great price of £50 per night. However, the room was in need of refurbishing as the carpet was soiled and stained, needing replacement. The service we received was top-notch. The location was absolutely amazing, right above a sandy beach with stunning views of the harbor, castle, and lifeboat station. On the downside, the dining experience was not up to par with low-quality ingredients. Despite that, the facilities were good, offering a comfortable experience.
